READ THIS FIRST: Before you get started, please take note of three important things you need to know about registration:

(1) We do not offer Group, multiple, or “At the Door” registrations. We do not take registrations by phone.

(2) You must register individually with your own unique email. You can use your email only for one registration.

(3) All registrations are processed through Paypal but you do not need a Paypal account. Simply choose the “Pay with a Credit or Debit Card” option.

Now, just two quick steps and you’re done.


STEP ONE: Register for a Conference

Select the Girls Club Getaway that you want to attend by clicking one of the links below. Fill out the form on the registration site, pay safely and securely on PayPal (you don't need to have an account), and you’re done. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you do NOT receive a confirmation email, your registration may not be complete. Contact us and we will make sure you get registered.


STEP TWO: Reserve a Hotel room 

If you plan to stay at the hotel (which we highly encourage for the best experience), look for the hotel contact information and room rate discount code on your confirmation email. You can also use the Marriott Online Reservations link on the individual event pages. Once you know you’re registered, call the hotel and secure your room. Don’t wait until later to do this! Rooms can sell out even if you are registered for the event. You can cancel without penalty so there’s no risk (check with the hotel for cancellation policy).


Please make note of the following:

Need Help: If you need immediate assistance, email us using the Contact Us form, or call our office at 888-488-4466. We will respond as soon as we are able.

Daughters: If you are planning to bring a daughter, please be sure to review those Registration Restrictions (minimum recommended age of 14).

Scholarships: If you’re a single mom, or a military mom with a deployed husband, you may request a reduced Scholarship Registration Rate via the Contact Us form.

Promo Code: There are no discounts or promotional codes for this event. The “Promo Code” field on the Registration page is a default field for office use only.

Mobile Devices: Mobile devices (cell phones, tablets) can misbehave for online registration. For the best experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer.
