Storms have come out of the blue, invaded my life, caused destruction and devastation at times. Yet. one of the ways I learned to anchor myself was by establishing artifacts that lifted my spirits, rhythms that kept me sane, (tea times, walks, quiet times, breakfast out with friends, reading encouraging books, watching uplifting or fun movies, gathering with an inner circle girlfriend, going on an adventure, sleeping, taking baths, …..!)
You get the picture. I learned to take responsibility for my soul that it might continue to become more beautiful.
